What is CastleOm?
A location-based strategy game that reimagines real places as a medieval world. Establish a keep, explore your surroundings, and develop your character through roaming encounters.
Can I play right now?
You can join the iOS beta through our TestFlight invitation, subject to available builds, device requirements, and tester capacity. This is an early-development beta, not a finished game.
Do I have to use augmented reality?
Yes. AR is required for combat and active encounters. The map is for discovery, navigation, and selecting targets, not fighting. You'll need an AR-compatible device, camera permission, and working AR tracking to take part. If AR is unavailable, combat cannot continue through a non-AR fallback.
What about Android?
CastleOm is being developed for iOS and Android. The public invitation on this website is for the iOS TestFlight beta; an Android download is not available here yet.
Is everything shown here in the beta?
The images are world artwork, not gameplay screenshots. The beta includes exploration, castle building, and roaming encounters. Larger live AR castle battles, castle sieges, and expanded multiplayer combat are still in development.
Will my beta progress carry over?
Beta accounts and progress are separate from the future production game. Don't assume progress will transfer; features and saved data may change as development continues.
How do I send feedback?
Open CastleOm Beta in TestFlight and select Send Beta Feedback. Include your device, app version, and what happened. Please avoid sharing your home address, precise location, or other sensitive information in screenshots.
